Stayed one night, had a twin room on floor 3. Room was clean, beds comfy, pillows comfy. Room decor is old and could do with an update but bathroom was modern with good shower.and hot water.towles and linen also nice.virw from our room was ok and wasn't you noisy or anything.Parked round corner in town Hall car park for a fiver, but you can park outside hotel for 90min for free, handy to drop bags etc. there's a bar in the hotel and we got a free drink as a perk of booking with hotel.com. again most hotel has dated decor but it's all clean. There's a modern lift available to get to the 3 floors. Breakfast was included, was buffet style, so can help yourself to as much as you wanter, fresh and delicious full English/Welsh brekkie with some yoghurt,.fruit,.tea ,. coffee and juice. Location is great, can be at seafront or main Street in less than 2mims Walk.
Rooms are dated but personally think it looks better! absolute nostalgia and I loved it. Took me back to memories as a kid. Great location next to the main street and the beach. All staff encountered we're welcoming. Informative and we're constantly on hand to help. Lift available to all floors. The rooms we're clean with all the usual amenities kettle, tea and coffee, hairdryer and toiletries. We opted for the breakfast which was tasty, fresh and again staff on hand to help. Will definitely stay here again and looking forward to it.
Third year in a row staying here for an event we do in the town each year. Very good value for money. Great breakfast. Lovely couple who own it and lovely staff generally. We will be back!
The hotel is spotless, breakfast was awesome, plentifully. Just don't expect to have shower or a wash the water pressure is nonexistent. Gentleman on reception is miserable not even a good morning ect.

Excellent service, great breakfast and help with dietary restrictions. Just ask of time. Rooms were nice and spacious. Right down the street from the beach 10 mins from train station. Can get pretty hot in rooms during the summer.
We stayed here Friday Saturday , we had a bit of a minor dilema on the Saturday morning but staff we great, manger was unbelievably attentive, we had a meal at the sister hotel around the corner which was quick and amazing quality , also the breakfast included was fantasic all hot and ready to go our triple room was a bit dated decor and few minor aesthetic problems but overall beds comfy and warm rooms shower worked great and was a nice experience
Stayed for one night in a twin sea view room. Very enjoyable stay and sorted a minor shower problem quickly by offering a second room to use the facilities if required. And, a complimentary drink for the trouble. Nice touch. Shower was sorted however, so all good. Lovely airy rooms, great location, and staff couldn't be more helpful. Thanks to Sam, Eugine (spelling?) and the manager for sorting a previous request out also. Lovely full cooked buffet breakfast and spotlessly clean rooms. Constructive suggestion...the sachets of shower gel are extremely difficult to tear open with wet hands. Perhaps a dispenser or bottles could be introduced. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay and would highly recommend.
